I'll overwhelm 'serious combatant' Jake Paul - Joshua
Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be shown live on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the two fighters met personally to promote next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two time world boxing king Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge disparity - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically recognized for his showmanship - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather targeted former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is superior to Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has primarily fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.

Still, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's greatest commercial attractions, frequently receiving massive financial rewards.
